We have received an early Christmas gift or perhaps I should call it a Chistmas miracle.
It has been a longer journey than we ever expected but we finally received an appointment at the SDA in Kiev to recieve a referral to adopt a daughter.
Our dossier was due to expire in Feb./March so we had decided to withdraw if we hadn't gotten an appointment by than.
On Monday Dec.11, we recieved the wonderful news that we would be visiting the SDA in Kiev on Jan. 17th for a referral.
Needless to say time should pass very quickly, after we enjoy the holidays it will be time to pack for our long anticipated journey to Ukraine.
My mind is working overtime with holiday and travel plans and preparations.
It will definately be a NEW year for us.
