We are toast!

Yes we are sold out after one meeting. We have found our girl. Randy and I both felt connected to the same childs profile at the adoption center and just one look at her has us convinced she is the one.
She is tiny for 7 years, the size 6 skirt i brought is too big, but the shirt fits. She has blue eyes, no front teeth and has straight brownish hair. An impish grin!
She has already asked for a chorney(black) kitten. "Jared get on that"
Randy has sore shoulders from carrying her around the grounds but it is a good sore.
We don't have much time to blog tonight but tommorrow, maybe more.
Thanks everyone for the great comments and and good wishes. I have been unable to access my eastlink email but my other one I can get into. It is dbrh_ck@yahoo.com .

To my boys, I hope you are doing well, good luck Ryan, Dad says knock em dead. I hope to be able to call you all this weekend.

Love, Debbie & Randy

You must be real excited that you have connected to this precious little girl. I am sure she is as excited as you guys are. Randy will get used to it because little girls like to be carried around on Dad's shoulders. We are excited for you guys as things seem to be falling into place. All the best.

Hi Randy & Debbie,
I am so very happy for both of you and Anastasia. God has been listening to all of our prayers and he has kept a special place for her and both you to be brought together.
Looking forward to meeting her and seeing all of the pictures in the weeks and months to come.

Anastasia...quite an interesting name. Simone went online out of curiosity and checked what the name means.
The meaning is this...one who shall rise again. The Greek meaning is resurrection.
This little girl is being "resurrected" from her life as an orphan to having a brand new life with new parents!! She will no longer be called an orphan but a daughter (son) because she has risen to a new life with you guys. A perfect picture of what Jesus has done for us and you in turn are doing it for her. Amazing name she has I think.

All the best to you guys as you continue on this great journey.
