I just spent the last hour writing a post and before I could actually post it time ran out and I lost the whole thing so I'm going to summarize real quick.

To our many cheerleaders out their, it it so encouraging to read the comments each day, it really helps to prevent being homesick when we are hearing from friends and family. Big Bolshoi thankyou for all your wisdom, even little Allie with her sayings we love each word.

Natasha and lawyer are with the judge trying to make progress and move up the court date. If we get it on Friday or Monday we can still make our flight on the 25th.

Nastya is doing better today she is here with us on another computer. She seemed happy to be back at the apartment last night. We all played cards for awhile she was happy to have another opponent to beat (Natasha). She also seemed proud to be using some English words she has learned through the card playing. She does get teary eyed occasionally and talks about her grandmother but not about her mother. Her grandmother took care of her until she was no longer able. Although the visit with her mom was very upsetting she hasn't expressed any grief toward the mom.
